The session makes it possible for them to develop a collaborative plan that will enable them to effectively meet the various academic and the social needs of the students with various disabilities and those in the general education settings. This activity recognizes the unique roles and responsibilities that each of the teachers have in the embodied planning process.Through this session, it is possible for them to gain immense understanding of the special needs of the students that they will be dealing with. The outcome of this will be increase partnerships and collaborations between them thus ensuring that they are able to enhance their performance in the various educational settings. In the long run the benefits will be passed drink down to the students as they will be taught wit h their academic and social goals in mind.In order to take part in the session and for it to be a success, all the participants need to be well prepared. This entails defining the roles of those taking part. For this activity, there are three key participants who had specific roles to play. The three roles included time keeping, team preeminent and recording. The roles can be assigned randomly or each person allowed choosing the role that they feel they can effectively fulfil. The duty of the team leader was to start up the meeting and communicate the details of the session to the other members of the team. This will include those who were to attend but were unable to do so due to reasons that were beyond their control. The recording machine had the duty of capturing and also disseminating the minutes from the planning sessions. This allowed for the continuity of such sessions in future. The time keeper on the other hand was tasked with the duty of ensuring that the items which w ere to be handle were covered and that the session took
